Jeremy Netzel
District Director – Delta Chapter

Jeremy graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2004 with a B.S. in Finance and received the CFA Charter in August 2007.  He was initiated into the Eta Mu Chapter in the Fall of 2001 and as an undergrad served as VPPA, VPPE, Ritual Chair and President.  Since graduation, he has continued to serve the Fraternity as District Director of Loyola University (Gamma Pi) from 2005 to 2006 and as a member of the Chicago Alumni Chapter’s Board of Directors in 2006.  Jeremy has worked for Motorola for the last 5 years and currently is a Finance Manager in the company’s cell phone division.

Jessica Quintanilla
District Director – Xi Chi Chapter

Jessica graduated from Winona State University in 2006 with a B.S. in Human Resource Management and a B.A. in Spanish.  She was initiated into the Kappa Upsilon Chapter in the Fall of 2002 and as an undergrad served as VPPA, VPPE, Ritual Chair and Secretary.  She also served as her chapter’s delegate at the 2005 Grand Chapter Congress, was nominated as her chapter’s COY in the Fall of 2005, and had tea with Kathy Jahnke in London that same semester!  Since graduation, Jessica has continued to serve the Fraternity as District Director of Xi Chi University from 2008 to 2010.

Jessica has worked for two years as an Employment Consultant for Creative Employment Opportunities, an agency that facilitates individual career planning and corporate hiring initiatives for job seekers facing employment barriers, primarily disability.   Jessica also serves in several capacities for APSE, the only national organization with an exclusive focus on integrated employment and career advancement opportunities for individuals with disabilities.  Jessica was recently nominated to the Board of Directors for the WI APSE chapter and plays an integral role in business partner development and in planning APSE’s national conference each year.

Chris Alvarez
District Director – Lewis University
Chris Alvarez graduated from Lewis University in 2008 with a B.S. in Marketing. In Fall 2006 he was initiated into the Zeta Xi Chapter. While an undergrad Chris held the position of Chancellor twice, and he also was the IOC Chair for the Chapter. He also served as a leader in various organizations within Lewis University; he was President of the Latin American Student Organization, Latino Representative on the Black Student Union Executive Board, Presidents Diversity Facilitation Council, and VP of Student Leadership and Development for the American Marketing Association Chapter at Lewis.

Chris was born with business in his blood, working in his family business from a very young age. Currently Chris manages his family’s property management company. His primary responsibilities entail renting available units, managing work crews, and handling the rental collections. Chris has experience in managing properties, stores, and restaurants. Chris is currently attending Lewis University to receive his MBA.








Courtney Fujara
received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of San Diego in 2007. She was initiated into USD’s Lambda Pi Chapter in May 2005 and served as VPPE, two terms as President, and Chancellor during her collegian years. She also was selected as the Pacific Coast Regional Collegian of the Year in 2007. Following her graduation, she returned to her native Chicago and has served as District Director of the Eta Mu (Northern Illinois University) chapter since Fall 2007, in addition to her position as North Central Provincial Professional Development Committee Chair and service on both the National Professional Development and National Alumni Development Committees. Courtney is the Marketing Coordinator at Legacy Professionals LLP, a midsize, regional accounting firm headquartered in Chicago.
